Job Description
- Experience in Oracle RAC Database on SUN Solaris
- MSSQL, MySQL, VM ESXi, Windows server, Linux serve
- Familiar with hardware/ software installation
- Provide technical support on systems, database and software
- Providing different types of report to users
- Maintain support tools, database tables, recovery and back up procedures.
- Perform daily operation, housekeeping and monitoring for server and workstation
- To participate in setup and maintain infrastructure, system, migration, logs monitoring, backup process
- To assist in troubleshooting operation issues and incidents
- Provide technical support to end users
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Information System, Computer
- Minimum 2 years on user support and system maintenance
- Solid experience in Oracle RAC Database on SUN Solaris or Linux platform and Goldengate
- Knowledge in configuration and administration for MSSQL, MySQL, VM ESXi, Windows server, Linux server, Nginx, IIS
- Experience in .NET/Python/Shellscript technology a plus
- Familiar with hardware/ software installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
- Immediate available an advantage
