• Conduct system analysis, application design, and development of application systems.
• Provide maintenance support for production systems, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Monitor, configure, and customize systems as needed.
• Oversee system rollout, deployment, and operational support for IT systems.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and software tuning.
• Provide onsite support upon user request.

• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as a System Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience in web application development and maintenance using the .NET framework.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing AI application systems.
• Strong skills in analyzing user requirements and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, .NET C#, and Python.
• Good written and spoken English, and fluent in Cantonese.
• Experience in government projects using PRINCE2 methodology is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux for at least 2 years is a plus.
