Nature: Renewable Contract (12 months)


Job Description
  • Monitor and manage the entire network infrastructure and devices, ensuring stability and resilience.
  • Provide first and second-tier incident response, including event logging, ticket management, and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct periodic and on-demand health checks, document findings, and implement preventive maintenance.
  • Draft, revise, and optimize SOPs for network operations, ensuring alignment with evolving architectures and processes.
  • Continuously monitor and assess vulnerabilities, prioritize risks, and support remediation activities.
  • Track capacity usage and performance trends, implement alerts, and provide upgrade or downgrade recommendations.
  • Execute network deployments including configuration, integration, rollout, and acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and changes, producing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulated environment standards.

Job Requirements
  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network implementation and operational support, preferably in banking or financial industries.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in deploying and troubleshooting large-scale network infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of routing, switching, SDN, multicast, Wi-Fi, DDI, and network security.
  • Professional certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, HCIE, or vendor-specific security certifications are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with network management systems and scripting for automation is preferred.
  • Exposure to risk management and audit processes from a networking perspective is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
