• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise and telecom data communication networks
• Implement routing, switching, and network protocols to ensure stable and secure connectivity
• Conduct network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Support pre-sales technical proposals, delivery-phase management, and after-sales issue resolution for data communication systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data communication solutions with wireless, core, and transmission networks
• Prepare technical documentation, testing reports, and acceptance deliverables

• Possess at least one Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Information Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' of network system management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and telecom data communication networks, including routing, switching, and network protocols
• Familiarity with integration of data communication systems with wireless, core, and transmission networks
• Proven ability to support pre-sales technical proposals, delivery-phase management, and after-sales issue resolution
• Good Command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
