In this position, you will:

• Support pre-sales bidding technical solutions, technical management during delivery, and handling of key technical issues in after-sales.
• Support site survey, solution coordination, and technical Q&A.
• Support site facility installation and deployment, debugging and calibration, and cooperate with dedicated line data connection for on-site implementation and delivery.
• Responsible for daily operation and fault troubleshooting of site equipment.
• Cooperate with wireless networks and data transport related teams to:
  • Complete site testing and verification
  • Performance optimization
  • On-site support for service activation

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Possess at least one Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Information Engineering or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years' of experience in outdoor site construction management at a telecom operator.
• Good Command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, site aacquisitions, external plant works, and telecom/transport infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in coordinating site activities and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
