Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other internal systems to meet business needs
  • Gather and analyze user requirements to define scope and technical specifications
  • Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support in-house applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple platforms and environments
  • Develop and generate Power BI and other business intelligence reports based on user requests
  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and operational guidelines
  • Provide user training, technical support, and user account management
  • Prepare progress updates and technical reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and customers on IT / business development projects
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central customization and/or Power BI reports development
  • Development experience in C# , .NET , and T-SQL scripting is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Power BI , Excel , and VBA with practical data analysis experience is an advantage
  • Exposure to RPA, AI applications, or web technologies (e.g. PHP, JavaScript, CSS) is preferred
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, network, and endpoint management
  • Self-motivated fast learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior position
