Job Description

Responsibilities

In this position, you will:


  • Support pre-sales technical proposals for IP networks within enterprise private networks,
  • Technical management during delivery and resolution of key technical issues after-sales.
  • Support pre-sales, delivery, and after-sales for the company’s ToB (business-to-business) customers’ dedicated lines, (Metro-E dedicated lines, Internet dedicated lines, and cross-border dedicated lines) or for the company’s OTN (Optical Transport Network) dedicated lines for ToB (business-to-business) customers.
  • Support solution design, testing, and verification for ToB productization.
  • Support development of ToB business management platforms and the development of automated service provisioning for ToB business.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Possess at least one Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Information Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least three (3) years' of network system management experience.
  • Good Command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • CCNA/CCNP certifications demonstrate strong networking fundamentals.
  • HCIA/HCIP/HCIE – Datacom certifications or Transmission certifications
  • Proficient in the TCP/IP protocol stack and routing protocols including OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP or Deep understanding of OTN architecture, including core, aggregation, and access three-layer networking, as well as key technologies such as DWDM and CWDM.
  • Familiar with carrier-grade network technologies such as MPLS, VPN, and QoS or Proficient in the principles and applications of transmission network technologies, including SDH, MSTP, PTN, and SPN.
