Knowledge and abilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop high-level architecture blueprints and detailed design documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with security, regulatory, and best practice standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges and issues.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing systems.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences

• Possesses bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of working experience in pre-sales, SA related positions in banking, government sector or telco industry.
• Experienced in ITSM.
• Candidates with experience as architects on large projects and delivery experience on complex projects are preferred.
• Possesses professional skill in Presentation, POC.
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Having experience in AIOps, business observability, cloud computing, big data, or data analysis is an advantage.
• Language Well-versed proficiency in English and conversational in Mandarin; Native cantonese speaker for candidates based in Hong Kong.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
