Location: Hong Kong Island

Salary range: USD 2000 - 2500 per month

The Tech Stack

• Cloud Platform: Alibaba Cloud (primary), AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Operating Systems: Advanced Linux administration and command-line mastery.
• Programming: Java, Go, or Python.
• Tools: Kubernetes, Docker, NTP, YUM, DNS, and Firewalls.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Migration: Deliver implementation work and assist customers with large-scale cloud migration.
• Technical Support: Solve complex Alibaba Cloud technical issues and provide high-quality solutions.
• Automation: Develop automation tools and enhance workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Incident Management: Conduct deep-dive analysis on technical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and summarize customer usage patterns for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in cloud platform usage and development (3+ years preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and technical sensitivity.
• Language: Professional English proficiency is mandatory for this technical environment.
• Location: Ability to work on-site at Hong Kong Island.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud-native ecosystems (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Prior experience in customer-facing technical support or migration delivery.
