Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between Business Units and the Finance Department; participate in strategic meetings to translate business logic into actionable financial requirements.
  • Deep dive into frontline operations to streamline financial workflows and enhance approval efficiency; provide end-to-end financial tracking (Pre-event, Mid-event, and Post-event) for various projects.
  • Monitor and analyze day-to-day financial data and KPIs; prepare monthly management accounts and ad-hoc reports to provide insights for cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
  • Review commercial contracts to identify potential financial and tax risks; establish and maintain a robust data monitoring framework.
  • Oversee daily financial management for the Consumer Electronics / Hardware division and develop effective risk control mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc projects; manage external relationships with tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and auditors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner (BP) or FP&A role. Background in Consumer Electronics or other physical goods/inventory-based sectors (Retail/Distribution) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; highly self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility; proactive, humble, and result-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office and online collaboration tools; advanced skills in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Hive) are highly preferred.
  • Qualified CPA or holder of other recognized professional accounting/finance designations (such as ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
