Job Duties

• Prepare, implement and update the Environmental Management Plan
• Advise on measures to be taken in the interest of environmental protection, and implement such measures
• Liaise on all matters relating to environmental monitoring and auditing
• Carry out inspections of the Site for identifying potential hazards to the environment, and to report findings with recommendations for corrective actions
• Participate in the weekly environmental walks, and to supervise and monitor the environmental performance on the site
• Check and ensure that any polluting or potentially polluting situation is promptly rectified
• Attend Site Safety Management Committee (SSMC) meetings and Site Safety Committee (SSC) meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• BEAM Affliate, BEAM Pro, LEED AP (BD+C) and WELL AP preferable.
• Good knowledge in BEAM Plus schemes.
• Well-versed in local environmental regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Environmental Engineer
