- Oversee end-to-end software implementation for the Bank's strategic technology initiatives, with a focus on driving innovation in Web3 solutions.
Ensure seamless collaboration between cross-border teams and external developers to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
Vendor & Partnership collaboration: Business travel is required to oversee operations, build team alignment, and ensure project delivery.
Project Implementation: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk mitigation, and compliance with banking regulations.
Development Lifecycle: Involved in end-to-end execution of software projects (including banking apps and Web3 initiatives), ensuring compliance with HKMA regulations.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Align Shenzhen's development output with Hong Kong-based business and technology teams to prioritize requirements, resolve blockers, and ensure seamless
delivery.
Technology Innovation: Drive adoption of Web3 solutions where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, project delivery, vendor management experience is preferred.
Expertise in software implementation methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and risk controls.
Hands-on experience in Web3 (blockchain, smart contracts, digital custody, DeFi, etc.) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of HKMA/SFC regulations (e.g., virtual asset custody guidelines) is highly preferred.
Fluency in Mandarin and English, with exceptional stakeholder communication skills.
