We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive to support daily IT operations, maintain systems, and provide technical assistance to users across the organization. ️

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth and secure IT systems.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide first-line technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure stable system operations across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES️ Technical Support (Helpdesk)
  • Provide first-level IT support to users and employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Respond to IT tickets, emails, and support requests
  • Assist with system setup, installation, and configuration
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical problems
️ System Administration
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
  • Support system installation, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Monitor system performance and availability
  • Assist with server and workstation maintenance
  • Support backup and recovery processes
IT Infrastructure & Security
  • Support network connectivity and basic troubleshooting
  • Assist in maintaining IT security policies and compliance
  • Monitor and report system issues or security risks
  • Help with antivirus, patch updates, and system protection
  • Support disaster recovery and system continuity plans
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve IT issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and external IT providers when needed
  • Document technical issues and resolutions
  • Support IT projects and system improvements
  • Maintain IT documentation and procedures
IDEAL PROFILE
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and user support abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Interest in IT systems and infrastructure
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP, VPN, etc.)
  • Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or Office 365 is a plus
  • Experience with helpdesk systems is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is beneficial
