Description
The main function of this role is to assist customer in day-to-day, liaise with carrier, transporter, warehouse operator, fumigation, and ad-hoc task. Monitoring customer support, quotation and maintaining the volume and trade lane
Ensure all procedures and time frames to be followed as per agreed SOPs and workflows & must be always adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create shipping schedules & update system shipping schedules; 2. Handle console account & customs broker account; 3. Contact with container yards and carriers; reply emails to local & overseas customers/ agents; 4. Take care of Phoenix tasks; 5. Other matters assigned by supervisor.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
PC skills; Fluent in Mandarin in speaking/ reading/ writing/ listening; Reading & writing ability in English; Diligent spirits & capable of learning.
