Notfaroff Hiring! Full Time Revit Modeler (As-Built) in 台灣 - Ricebowl

We're looking for Revit Modelers specialized in as-built documentation. You'll work from real project data to produce accurate, structured BIM models that meet international AEC standards.

This is a fully remote, contract-based position. You will work on real projects for client companies in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Notfaroff manages the recruitment process on their behalf.

What you'll do

• Model as-built conditions in Revit from point cloud data and field inputs
• Produce accurate floor plans, sections, and technical documentation
• Follow defined templates, technical constraints, and quality standards
• Deliver clean, structured models ready for review and client use
• Manage your time and output independently within defined deadlines

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Revit and comfortable working from real-world data
• Detail-oriented and precise — you don't cut corners
• Able to work independently and deliver on deadline
• Strong problem-solving ability in technical environments
• English proficiency desirable.

A background in architecture, civil engineering, or construction technology is relevant. What matters most is what you can produce.
