We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive to support daily IT operations, maintain systems, and provide technical assistance to users across the organization. ️
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and ensuring smooth and secure IT operations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and help ensure reliable day-to-day system operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES️ Technical Support & Helpdesk
- Provide first-level technical support to employees and users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Respond to IT tickets, emails, and support requests promptly
- Assist users with system setup, access, and configuration
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems
️ System Administration
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor system performance and infrastructure health
- Assist with server, workstation, and network administration
- Support backup, recovery, and system maintenance tasks
IT Security & Maintenance
- Ensure systems comply with IT security policies
- Support antivirus updates, patch management, and system upgrades
- Monitor and report security risks or suspicious activities
- Assist in maintaining data protection and access security
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
- Document troubleshooting steps and technical procedures
- Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements
- Support continuous improvement of IT operations and support processes

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, IP, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system setup
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, or cloud services is a plus
