Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of company launches.
• Liaise with Customers/ Agents/ Vendors for loading/ delivery/

collection to/ from vessels as well as crew change.

• Invoice verification after completion of delivery of stores,

spares and provision.

• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, Launch costs and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly reporting on the expenses and performance of the company launches.
• Any others duties as assigned by Workshop Manager and Management.
  

Job Requirements:

• GCE “O” level with 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Computer literate with emphasis on MS office and Email.
• Meticulous, ability to multi task, work independently, mature and team player
• Able to work in a pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Require to work shift.
