• Assist the Operations Director in optimizing retail operations, including manpower planning, staff training, and recruitment
• Conduct market analysis and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making
• Deliver exceptional customer service and perform sales functions at retail outlets
• Manage staff appraisals and address operational needs through ad-hoc tasks
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in product offerings and services
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and events to drive sales and enhance brand awareness
