Responsibilities

・Overall management of accounting operations
(journal entries, accounts receivable and accounts payable management, cash flow management, fund management, budgeting, etc.)

・Handling of standalone and consolidated financial statements

・Transfer pricing compliance and related tax matters

・Group coordination duties(sales planning and management for related companies)

・Standalone tax and group tax compliance

・Overall management of general affairs operations

(attendance management, payroll processing, bonuses, internal control, etc.)

・Recruitment and talent management

・Payroll and bonus payment operations

・Individual income tax handling

・Support for expatriates and business travelers

・Promotion of operational improvements through IT utilization

・Reporting to headquarters (Accounting / Admin)

・Response to other troubles and unexpected matters



Requirements / Qualifications

・SAP S/4HANA experience: 7+ years

・Accounting and finance experience: 7+ years

・Experience working for manufacturing industry: 8+years

(electronic components, automotive parts manufacturing, procurement of fluoropolymer and silicone rubber materials, etc.)

・Experience working for overseas-expanding companies (multinational corporations): 5+ years

・Skills in WinActor and Power Automate

・Business-level English and Japanese proficiency

(required for communication with headquarters and group companies)

・Experience negotiating with external auditors

・Experience managing financial information across multiple overseas subsidiaries

・Experience in consolidated financial reporting

・Willingness to undertake short- to mid-term overseas business travel
