The Client Services Director is responsible for selected BU's overall account performance and partners with the Creative, Strategy and Production leads to ensure financial goals and account performance is attained. This role reports into the Head of Growth.

What you’ll be doing

Grow Business

  • Develop solutions that leverage agency offering and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
  • Understand clients' business and business issues and serve as a trusted advisor to drive effective solutions
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are listened to, understood and addressed in a satisfactory way
  • Oversee organic business from a high level across the team and your key clients
  • Act as subject matter expert on best practices bringing to bear significant experience and insight daily
  • Ensure team partners with Brand Marketing to develop Award submissions and Case Studies
  • Generate or contribute to content leading to recognition as agency and industry thought leaders, including case studies, blog posts, white papers and speaking engagements

Grow People

  • Mentor senior Account employees within the agency
  • Oversee staffing and organizational structure within discipline
  • Lead integration of team with other disciplines
  • Partner with senior leaders across agency to champion cross-collaboration

The person we are looking for, would ideally have 12 years’ experience in an event-based industry design house
