Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and nurture customer accounts, building strong relationships based on trust and providing exceptional service.
  • Act as a trusted IT advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and aligning them with appropriate IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop IT roadmaps, outlining their technology requirements and strategies for future growth.
  • Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities within your assigned accounts, leveraging your strong understanding of the customers' businesses.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and developments, continuously expanding your knowledge and effectively applying it to customer engagements.
  • Deliver high-quality work and solutions to customers, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as an Account Manager within an IT System Integrator company.
  • Ability to independently handle customers and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Strong experience in acting as an IT advisor, understanding customers' businesses, and developing IT roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop sales opportunities, resulting in the achievement of sales quotas.
  • Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for technology and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose and implement effective solutions.
  • Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
