Job Description

Responsibilities

Branding:

  • Oversee the brand experience across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
  • Plan and execute brand activation initiatives, events, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop content calendar and strategy aligned with marketing goals across digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Development of key messages with an SEO-first mindset, ensuring all copy is pre-optimised with relevant keywords while ensuring consistency and accuracy of content/collaterals including press release, bios, fact sheet, social media campaign briefs, press kits, website copy, etc.
  • Provide photography and videography services for brand-related content, including editing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Executive to produce high-quality written, video, and graphical content that resonates with the target audience.

Website Management and Email Marketing:

  • Take charge of website content, ensuring it remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with the brand values.
  • Manage digital brand experience across website.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, including segmentation of email lists based on customer behaviours and preferences.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and optimise strategies accordingly.

Analytics, and Reporting:

  • Generate weekly reports on website traffic, email performance, and other KPIs to identify trends and opportunities, as well as preparing monthly reports for presentation to senior management.

PR & Brand Relationships:

  • Manage and collaborate with PR agency to develop marketing communication strategies for product launches, events, and other brand campaigns.
  • Plan activations and compile dockets for press releases and edit them to brand standards.
  • Conduct regular media monitoring on coverage, track, analyse, and compile brand reports, and work closely with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Explore opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations with KOLs, stockists, other fashion and lifestyle brands aligned with Rawbought’s values.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders including media, social media influencers, clients (existing and potential), and industry partners.

Team Management and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate directly with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination in executing marketing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on maintaining brand identity across all digital platforms.

Other Ad-hoc Duties:

  • Be part of the rotation to pick and pack customers’ orders on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in the set-up of event pop-ups and offline brand activation.
  • Participate and promote our products during events.
  • Assist in Shopify & TikTok operations including but not limited to – hosting of tiktok lives, preparing products for live hosts, etc.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required

You will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Communications and/or PR. Previous agency experience with proven track record in client satisfaction is a plus
  • A background in professional photography—specifically the ability to direct and shoot "hero" campaign photos—would be a significant advantage.
  • An AI-forward mindset with the ability to leverage generative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly) to streamline SEO research, creative brainstorming, and content production without compromising brand authenticity.
  • A good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
  • Excellent written and communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to anticipate project requirements and provide strategic support and advice accordingly
  • Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
