Job Description

Responsibilities

This role is only open to Singaporean Citizen Only, based in Singapore

  • Perform a full range of coordination and administrative duties, including but not limited to invoicing, data entry, document filing, invoice verification, and preparation for payment.
  • Efficiently manage documentation, including printing and filing.
  • Request quotations and negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc administrative duties and operational support as required or assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries from Licensees or internal department.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of all invoices.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of documentation.
  • Any other roles/duties as assigned

Formal Education & Certification:

  • ITE/Diploma/Degree

Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Possesses excellent customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills
  • Possesses positive work attitude, drive, and resilience to meet job challenges
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word PowerPoint etc.)

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
