Associate Engineer, Process

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support daily silicon wafer production (300mm fab), ensuring process stability and machine integrity are maintained for smooth manufacturing operations
• Assist Engineers in process qualification, setup, and fine-tuning, ensuring processes meet required production standards before release
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues promptly to minimize lot hold time and prevent production delays
• Monitor, control, and improve processes using SPC and statistical analysis tools, ensuring consistent quality and performance
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and specialists, ensuring all activities follow SOPs and align with module production targets
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including QIT programs, internal audits with QA, and maintaining strong safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards

Associate Engineer, Equipment

• Perform 12-hour rotating shift duties to support production by ensuring all wafer fabrication equipment is fully operational and production-ready
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting activities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and uptime
• Assist Equipment Engineers in maintaining and optimizing equipment, ensuring high success and survival rates to meet module goals
• Follow SOPs and maintenance procedures (CAS) to ensure proper handling, servicing, and upkeep of machines and support tools
• Maintain proper documentation, shift handover reports, and checklists, ensuring accurate communication of equipment status and issues
• Ensure strict compliance with EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety & Security) policies, while maintaining good housekeeping and safe handling of tools, equipment, and workplace areas

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)
