Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions for our AI-powered recruitment search engine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Asia and globally to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.
• Optimize search algorithms and integrate machine learning models to improve talent matching capabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure reliability and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• The candidate has held the job title Software Engineer or its equivalent.
• The candidate should have worked for the company Talentium.
• The candidate should be located in Asia. Preferred countries or cities can be specified.
• The candidate has experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• The candidate has at least 3 years of experience in software development.
• English proficiency + local language if needed.
• Degree requirements.
• Visa/work eligibility for Asia.
• Employment type: full-time/remote/hr-on-site as applicable.
• List relevant technologies (e.g., Java/Scala/C#/Python, cloud, etc.).
