What you'll be doing
- Managing the schedule and calendar of senior executives
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the team
- Organising and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in a professional office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proactive and resourceful with a positive and helpful attitude
Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
