Roles & Responsibilities
This role primarily supports the team by handling general administrative duties and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Scope
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
- Work from the company’s corporate office
- Handle phone enquiries, record accurate messages, follow up when needed, and escalate complex issues to the relevant department
- Monitor and maintain office equipment (e.g., fax machines, copiers, printers) and liaise with vendors when required
- Oversee office cleanliness, supervise cleaners, and manage office supplies and facilities
- Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms and conference spaces
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department
- Carry out other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- A team player with a proactive and supportive attitude
