Requirements

• Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and handling follow-ups
• Interest in customer relations and engagement activities
• Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is an advantage
