Responsibilities

Join Our Client as a Training & Administrative Coordinator

  • Handle a variety of clerical tasks including document management, data entry, copying, scanning, and filing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage communication channels by responding promptly to phone inquiries and email correspondence.
  • Assist with the organization of training sessions, including participant registration, invoicing, scheduling, and attendance tracking, while keeping clients informed about registration confirmations.
  • Maintain and update data records within spreadsheets and generate reports to support operational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team and ensure seamless workflow.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in training coordination or administrative roles.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a proactive approach.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
