Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cloud Business Operations Specialist to support cloud-related business operations, including cost management, partner and vendor coordination, contract workflows, billing, CRM data maintenance, and operational reporting. This role works closely with sales, finance, operations, solutions, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes, improve cost visibility, and support commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cloud usage, traffic, resource utilization, and costs to identify optimization opportunities and improve cost efficiency
• Prepare detailed cost reports, usage insights, budget tracking, and operational analyses for internal stakeholders and clients to support informed decision-making
• Coordinate partner and vendor operations by managing credit applications, tracking incentives, coordinating rebates, and updating policies from cloud vendors and telecom partners
• Manage customer and vendor contract workflows, including preparing documents, securing internal approvals, tracking execution, and maintaining organized filing systems
• Maintain accurate business data in CRM and internal systems, including revenue, cost, opportunity, and project information to ensure data integrity
• Support billing processes by preparing invoices, managing customer settlements, performing reconciliations, and tracking payment collections
• Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, operations, solutions, and technical teams to support business projects and drive process improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using AWS Cost Explorer, Cost and Usage Report, billing analysis tools, CRM systems, or internal cost reporting systems
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, telecom operator cooperation, partner programs, or incentive-related workflows
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, GCP, FinOps, or other cloud/operations-related certifications are a plus
