Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential projects within the property development and construction industry.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, consultants, contractors, agents, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in land sourcing, project feasibility studies, and evaluation of potential development opportunities.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, business partners, government agencies, and authorities.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, presentations, negotiations, and networking events.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, tender documents, and reports for management review.
- Follow up closely with prospects and ensure timely response to business inquiries.
Project Coordination & Strategic Planning
- Work closely with internal departments including project, marketing, sales, finance, and contract teams to ensure smooth project execution and business operations.
- Monitor market movement to support strategic decision-making.
- Support management in planning and executing business strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and business development reports.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new customers and expanding existing business accounts.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives for ongoing and upcoming property development projects.
- Achieve individual and departmental KPIs set by the management
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
