Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and schedule café staff
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor food and beverage quality standards
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting
• Develop promotional activities and sales strategies
• Control operational costs and reduce waste

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
