Responsibilities

• The IT Operations Executive’s primary purpose is to provide a professional, efficient, and timely service which meets our internal user’s expectations. This position are based in our HQ and has no shift rotation. However, travelling to sites are required as and when needed. This position requires high drive to ensure all queries (whether they be technical or operational) are acknowledged, attended and solved. This position also requires to support the organisations day-to-day IT related operations (hardware and software) needs including but not limited to:
• Setup and installation of POS system and support software across the company’s stores.
• Setup and roll-out system features and improved functionally as and when they become available across the organisation.
• Providing training and technical support (remote and on-site) in the use of systems and hardware issues as and when needed.
• Assessing the business needs of the company and suggest IT solutions that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of workflows.
• Determining the hardware requirements of each sites and arrange for their procurement.
• Documenting solutions and create trouble-shooting procedure manuals for common technical issues for stores to follow.
• Acting as the key contact person for all system trouble-shooting and resolution with vendors and support teams.
• Ensuring the right policies are established and in place to protect and safeguard all information technology data.
• Ensuring all IT assets are properly accounted for, recorded in a register and regularly audited.
• Managing and administering users including creating, terminating of user IDs, assigning user rights and access, etc. 7 Authorization
• Performing any other tasks assigned by superior/management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in a related IT support role is required for this position.
• Practices open communication, teamwork and respect.
• Enjoys working with people from different levels of work (HQ & stores).
• Able to cope with a fast-paced environment.
• Quick in thinking best alternatives/solutions without compromising the organisation’s policies.
• Possess own transport, and ready to travel independently for work purposes (within Klang Valley and across Malaysia states).
• Willing to work in laborious situations (i.e, hot kitchen, construction sites).
