Overview
The Finance & Admin Executive supports the daily finance and administrative operations of the company. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or junior candidate who is eager to learn accounting, project costing, and office administration within an interior design environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Finance Support
- Assist in data entry and bookkeeping for daily transactions
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and basic accounting documents
- Support accounts payable & receivable functions
- Assist in tracking project expenses and supplier payments
- Help prepare monthly reports and expense summaries
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on basic finance matters
2) Administrative Support
- Handle general office administration and documentation
- Assist in managing purchase orders, delivery orders, and project files
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and claims
- Support project team and management with admin coordination
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Exposure to interior design / construction industry environment
- Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Willingness to learn accounting software (training will be provided)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Positive attitude with good communication skills
Job location: The Hub, SS2
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
