M&B Medical Marketing operates hospital-based programs and parent engagement initiatives, working closely with healthcare professionals across private and government hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and new client acquisition

- Identify and secure collaboration opportunities with healthcare brands, FMCG brands, hospitals, and service partners

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners

- Develop commercial proposals, presentations, and partnership strategies

- Expand M&B’s hospital programs, maternal engagement initiatives, and parenting ecosystem offerings

- Lead negotiations, partnership discussions, and contract closures

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and client servicing teams to execute campaigns successfully

- Deliver revenue targets and business expansion objectives

Job Requirements :-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, healthcare marketing, FMCG, or commercial roles
• Strong network in healthcare / maternal & child care / hospital ecosystem is an advantage
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commercially driven, proactive, and highly self-motivated
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
• Own transport & willingness to travel
