Job Description

Lead a diverse, positive, and energetic engineering team and collaborate with global design and development teams.

Plan, organize, staff, coordinate, and periodically review project/program activities.

Provide technical leadership, take ownership of assigned tasks, and ensure effective collaboration across teams and sites.

Coordinate and actively participate in Scrum teams to drive development and delivery.

Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Master’s Degree is preferred.

Experience

5+ years of mobile application development experience in Android platform.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Android application development using Java or Kotlin.

Experience with Android or iOS UI frameworks is an advantage.

Experience with Android SDK and NDK is an added advantage.

Familiarity with mobile application development tools such as Git, Jira, and related development/testing tools.

Experience working in Agile and Kanban development environments.

Knowledge of software testing, configuration management, and development processes.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong project management and people management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to lead teams, collaborate across global stakeholders, and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,128.18 - RM8,500.00 per month
