Responsibilities

• Support overall Finance & Accounts functions and operations
• Manage daily accounting activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Handle full set of management accounts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities
• Coordinate with internal departments in preparing accounting-related documents
• Communicate with existing and new clients, suppliers, and third-party service providers on accounting and finance matters

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business & Accountancy, or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in accounting principles and computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in Corporate Finance, General/Cost Accounting, Auditing, or related fields
• Able to multitask, learn quickly, work proactively, and handle responsibilities with integrity and professionalism
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with people across all levels
