Happy Potato Ventures Hiring! Full Time Supply Chain Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,200 - Ricebowl

Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Executive supports end-to-end supply chain activities for Happy Potato HQ — ensuring the timely procurement, inventory accuracy, and delivery of goods to all outlets. This includes order processing, vendor coordination, stock tracking, and supporting store operations with supply-related needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and responsive to the fast-paced needs of a multi-store F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor daily and weekly stock levels for all stores and warehouse.

· Process and coordinate replenishment orders to ensure zero stock-out situations.

· Track usage trends and assist in forecasting demand based on seasonality and promotions.

· Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

· Maintain updated vendor records, pricing, and lead times.

· Assist in evaluating and onboarding new vendors when required.

· Coordinate and schedule deliveries from warehouse to outlets (in-house or 3rd party).

· Track delivery progress and handle any delivery-related issues promptly.

· Ensure outlets receive supplies in full and on time.

· Update inventory systems (Excel or POS-based) with incoming and outgoing stock.

· Prepare daily/weekly supply status reports and highlight any supply risks.

· Maintain proper documentation for invoices, delivery orders, and purchase records.

· Work with Operations and Finance teams to align on budgeting and supply usage.

· Support new store openings by ensuring timely delivery of setup supplies.

· Collaborate with Marketing on special supply needs for campaigns or limited-time offers.

Education & Experience

· Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

· 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in F&B or retail environment

· Experience with inventory systems or procurement software is a plus

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

· Excellent coordination and communication skills

· Good knowledge of Excel and basic inventory tools

· Able to work under pressure and manage urgent requests

· Team player with a problem-solving attitude

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
