Responsibilities

• Handle daily account receivable operations.
• Issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and official receipts.
• Monitor customer aging reports and outstanding balances
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Update and maintain accurate customer payment records.
• Prepare AR and collection reports for management review.
• Assist in month-end closing and account reconciliation.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments regarding payment matters.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in audit and ad hoc assignments when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in AR/accounting field.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to work within deadlines.
• Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
