Coordinate and oversee daily site activities, ensuring proper execution of construction works.

• Inspect, receive, and verify incoming building materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of materials and completed works on site.
• Enforce compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and site quality standards.
• Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformance issues related to workmanship, materials, or site practices.
• Ensure subcontractors use only approved materials and follow project requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily site reports on progress, issues, and site activities.
• Ensure full compliance with site safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Engineer or immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in high-rise construction projects or related fields is preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in high-rise residential projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experienced candidates may be considered for a senior-level position.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
