Machine Operation

1) Follow process flow sheets and SOPs to ensure consistent and accurate production tracking.

2) Monitor machine parameters and take corrective action to minimize defects or downtime.

Machine Maintenance

1) Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment.

2) Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.

3) Escalate complex machine breakdowns to maintenance or engineering teams.

Quality Control

1) Conduct in-process quality checks (visual inspection, dimension checks, surface integrity).

2) Record production data, yield performance, and report abnormalities.

3) Ensure all work meets C-100 cleanroom and ISO standards.

Documentation & Reporting

1) Maintain accurate production records, maintenance logs, and defect reports.

2) Ensure traceability and compliance with manufacturing standards.

3) Support engineers with feedback and data for process improvement.

Safety & Cleanroom Practices

1) Follow cleanroom protocols, ESD handling, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

2) Comply with safety regulations and promptly report unsafe conditions.

3) Participate in 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Collaboration

1) Coordinate with process engineers, QA, and other technicians to ensure smooth production flow.

2) Support training of new operators or junior technicians when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
