Responsibilities
Position: Admin cum Human Resources Assistant
Job Summary:
· Assist Top Management to handle the daily general administrative work.
· Assist the Human Resources Manager in providing human resources support to internal and external customer, including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation and benefits, recordkeeping, employee relations, training and development.
Responsibilities:
· Assist Top Management and department in performing all overall daily operation such as daily delivery (DO), invoicing (INV), andpurchasing (PO).
· Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operation.
· Planning and arranging driver schedule.
· Assist sales department in restocking inventory in mart once every 2 weeks.
· Assist Human Resources manager in performing overall planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising of daily activities of Human Resources Department.
· Manage reception matters including handling visitors, incoming calls and parcels/mails
· Assist/do key in, documentation and filing of company records and related paperwork.
· Ensure the document filing system is updated in a timely manner
· Handle and update stock inventory, inform superior for low stock item.
· Coordinate and arrange all incoming & outgoing orders.
· Perform any related /ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
· Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
