Job Description

Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive is responsible for expanding the company’s branded product presence in the market through strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and retail collaborations. This role drives sales growth for packaged products and develops long-term relationships with trade partners and key accounts.

Job Description: -

  • Establish strong key account partnership with retailers and strengthening distributor partnership, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
  • Actively promote and sell company products to Retailers- focusing on Hyper/Super channel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or deliveries.
  • Take a proactive approach in debt collection, ensuring timely payments paid on time within Good credit & Collection control.
  • To perform any duties as per assigned and required.

Job Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, any field or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specialized in FMCG or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Careful and mindful personality, willing to ask and learn.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Have patience and able to handle rejection.
  • Willing to travel around and possess own transport.
