a We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to support daily administrative and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive in client follow-ups, and capable of handling basic bookkeeping and documentation tasks efficiently.
Job Scope
- Prepare and manage invoices, delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), and statements of account (SOA)
- Follow up frequently with clients regarding payments, documentation, and ongoing matters
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records
- Assist with basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle general office administration duties
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Engineering or a related field
- Basic administrative and bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Good communication skills in English (minimum 7/10 proficiency)
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow up proactively with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid working arrangement: 50% on-site / 50% remote
- Required to attend office 3–4 times per week at Cheras Baru.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 5.5 working days per week

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
