Job Responsibilities

• Arrange shipment booking with shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, and agents.
• Coordinate import & export shipment schedules (ETD/ETA).
• Liaise with customers on booking status and shipment updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, transport, customs, billing).
• Ensure shipment details and booking information are accurate.
• Monitor booking confirmation, amendments, and cancellations.
• Maintain proper records and update the system accordingly.
• Resolve booking-related issues to ensure smooth shipment movement.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in freight forwarding/logistics is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of the shipping/import-export process will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office/system).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
