GSH Precision Technology Hiring! Full Time Production Manager in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 9,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Plan manpower, machine utilization, and production schedules efficiently.
• Monitor production performance, quality, productivity, and downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and cost reduction programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate closely with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning departments.
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Supervise and develop production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Drive productivity improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in managerial role.
• Experience in precision metal stamping, CNC machining, fabrication, or semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and manufacturing KPIs.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
