Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth within the metal manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, leading the sales team, and developing strategic initiatives to expand market share. This role requires strong technical understanding of metal products, excellent leadership skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and proficiency in Mandarin to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands within the metal industry.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance, ensuring continuous development and capability enhancement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including industrial clients, OEMs, and project-based customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry-related events.
- Maintain proper sales records, customer databases, and documentation for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales processes, pricing strategies, and overall operational efficiency.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) to support engagement with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
