Clinic Manager Role Summary

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent patient service, staff management, and achieving business performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency
• Ensure smooth patient flow & minimal waiting time
• Monitor clinic cleanliness, safety & compliance
• Manage clinic opening & closing procedure

Staff Management

• Supervise clinic assistants & support staff
• Prepare duty roster & manage attendance
• Train new staff on SOP & patient handling
• Ensure teamwork & professional conduct

Administrative Duties

• Manage appointments & scheduling system
• Maintain patient records & documentation
• Handle panel & insurance coordination
• Ensure proper stock & inventory management

Financial & Business Monitoring

• Monitor daily sales & clinic performance
• Ensure accurate billing & payment collection
• Track stock usage & reduce wastage
• Support marketing & promotional activities

Patient Experience

• Handle patient enquiries & complaints
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain professional clinic image

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Healthcare Admin / Business Admin or related field
• Experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred ( 1 year preferred)
• Leadership & team management skills
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of clinic systems & operations
