Job Responsibilities1. Kitchen Assistant & Ramen Kitchen Crew

• Assist in food preparation (chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, portioning, etc.) according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Cook and assemble Japanese dishes, specifically mastering ramen preparation and presentation.
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage and monitor kitchen inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations.

2. Service Crew / Front of House

• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming dining experience for all guests.
• Take customer orders, recommend menu items, and handle payments/POS operations efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high quality control.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining overall dining area cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries or feedback with a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

• No experience required! Comprehensive training will be provided. (Experience in Japanese cuisine or F&B is an added advantage).
• Responsible, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and adaptive to a systematic workflow.
• A great team player with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about the F&B and hospitality industry.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
