GROUP TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

We’re looking for someone with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability — someone who treats hiring like a business function, not just an HR process.

At Lunix Group, recruitment plays a critical role in building high-performing teams across multiple growing businesses. This role is for someone who enjoys solving hiring challenges, influencing stakeholders, and driving hiring outcomes independently.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple Group entities
• Drive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct candidate screening and behavioural assessment interviews
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams
• Manage recruitment progress with strong follow-up discipline
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Coordinate offers, onboarding transitions, and hiring experience
• Monitor hiring quality, probation success, and recruitment metrics
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
• Able to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High sense of accountability and ownership
• Someone proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• Strong follow-through — not someone who waits to be chased
• Able to balance people judgment, business needs, and hiring speed
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin is an added advantage
